Our servers typically log your IP address when you request a page from this website. You remain anonymous to us since we do not link your IP address to anything personally identifiable. However, we do collect personally identifiable information about you when you voluntarily submit it to us, such as by: filling out a form or survey; participating in a promotion, contest or sweepstakes; registering your e-mail address with us; signing up for an e-mail newsletter; or, e-mailing us. Our website and our global IT systems are located on servers in Australia which are controlled by Stealth Global Industries Pty Ltd of Level 2/43 Cedric Street, Stirling Western Australia 6065.

We collect and use the personal information for purposes including contacting and communicating with you, for internal record keeping and for marketing. We also use the personal information for fulfilling any contract that we enter into between us and our suppliers and clients and for credit checking (please see our Credit Information, Eligibility & Reporting Policy set out below). We use non-personally identifiable information for site performance reporting.

- GENERAL DATA PROTECTION REGULATIONS (GDPR)
GDPR imposes similar obligations to the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) as to the protection and security of personal information but relating to individuals who are resident in the EEA. As our operations are global we have a subsidiary company based in the United Kingdom which controls our European operations and as part of its business collects personal information in order to provide goods and services requested of it by our clients and in order to ensure the proper functioning of its business.
For the purposes of GDPR our EEA headquarters and the data controller is Stealth Global Industries (UK) Limited (registered in England; company number 10354839) whose registered office is at Fleming Court, Leigh Road, Eastleigh, Southampton, Hampshire SO50 9PD United Kingdom (UK Entity).
Like all our subsidiaries the UK Entity utilises our global IT systems and centralised database. It does not run its own website but relies on the central website for the group as mentioned above.
Personal information gathered by the UK entity.
The only personal information collected and used by the UK Entity is in relation to:
- Points of contact for its clients, suppliers, and other business related third parties in order to allow it to carry out its contractual and legal obligations relating to goods and services it may source for or supply to its clients and for the administration of its business and client services.
- Its employees to comply with its obligations under the contracts with such employees and for the proper administration of its employment obligations.
This privacy notice deals with non employee personal information. This section refers to personal information relating to an individual resident in the EEA.
Use of the Personal Information.
We will only use personal information in accordance with this privacy notice (as referred to in paragraphs 1 to 9 above) and in compliance with GDPR.
How we share your information:
We share your information as described in paragraph 4 above, in order to fulfil our contractual and legal obligations. We share your information with group companies as a result of us utilising the central global IT systems but only for the proper management of our business and in furtherance of the purposes mentioned above. We restrict access to your information to those staff at Stealth Global on a need to know basis. As a Group we have procedures in place to safeguard your information and to ensure it is only used for lawful purposes.
Under the GDPR you have similar rights to those under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and additional rights. To the extent allowed by applicable law, you have the following rights:

- a right to confirm whether we maintain any personal information concerning you in our systems and databases;

The kinds of personal information and credit eligibility information (personal credit information) we collect and hold may include your name, address, date of birth, employment details, telephone or mobile phone number, motor vehicle drivers licence, collateral available, the length of time you have been in business, details of recent credit applications made, default information, legal actions and payment history.
